Always screw something up or forget something in a big order

I am only giving them 1 star because it wouldn't let me choose 0 stars. I stopped tonight to get a coffee and a cup of hot water to heat a bottle up for my screaming child. I live an hour and half away so I needed to feed him before hitting the road. The cup they gave me was too small for the bottle so I asked for a larger cup. They refused to give me a larger size and refused to let me pay for a larger size even though my child was screaming in the backseat. When I said then please take this coffee back and give me a refund they said they couldn't because there wasn't a manager there to authorize a refund. I will never stop at this dunkin donuts again!
